NIKE Metcon 6 fitness and crosstraining shoe

The Nike Metcon 6 continues the successful era of Metcon models. It moves into the worldwide gyms as successor of the Metcon 5. The most popular training and fitness shoe is not only suitable for top athletes, but also gives the ambitious recreational athlete the necessary stability for new best performances. Especially in terms of “breathability” NIKE developed the Metcon 6 enormously further. And makes the shoe so the probably “COOLEST METCON OF ALL TIMES”.

THE NIKE METCON 6 – TOUGH, STABLE AND COOLER THAN EVER

The heel to toe drop is 20mm – just like the previous version. Made of lightweight mesh, this training shoe has up to 18% better breathability. This ensures very good air circulation and keeps your foot always very “cool”.

In addition to the removable Hyperlift insoles, the deep, flat and wide heel offers a very good basis for all challenges of everyday training. It not only supports you in all weightlifting exercises, but also in squats, wall-balls and thrusters. The additional offset of +8 mm for the men’s model and +6 mm for the women’s model never lets you lose contact with the ground and balance. The heel offset without Hyperlift insole is 4 mm from forefoot to heel.

Even more grip and improved cushioning
Like its predecessor, the Metcon 6 features a durable midsole and structural print on the upper side of the shoe. This gives you, for example with Rope Climbs, both more grip when climbing up and the necessary speed when sliding down.
The wide heel of the Romaleos 4 also creates a more stable foundation for heavy lifts, while durable rubber treads provide valuable traction.
