This chicken vegetable pan provides your body with the necessary protein to support your muscles after training, and the pasta provides you with about 70g of carbohydrates per 100g. INGREDIENTS
For 2 servings
- 400g sliced chicken
- 250g pasta
- 50g Feta
- 1/2 bag “Tuscany” frozen vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, onions)
- Approx. 150ml white wine to deglaze
- Salt, pepper
How it works
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.2. Fry the sliced chicken with oil in a pan over high heat and season with salt and pepper.
3. Now add the frozen vegetables and fry on medium level.
4. When the vegetables are cooked, deglaze everything with white wine and bring to a boil again.
5. Finally, add the feta and serve with the noodles.
