You want to order from the Weightlifting Shop? Set up a customer account with us for this purpose!

Go to MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page.

Then enter the e-mail address that you want to use for your customer account. You will then receive your initial password and an activation link by email. Once you have confirmed the link, your customer account is ready.

Please remember to change the first password in your customer account under “Account details“. Use upper and lower case letters and special characters for your password. The minimum length is 8 characters.

When you log in to your Weightlifting Shop account in the future, you will be asked for your password and email address.

In your customer account, you can view, change or supplement your information at any time. Of course we adhere to valid privacy policy and do not pass on your data to third parties.

You have not received an e-mail from us?

Please check the following:

  • Have you possibly activated a spam filter in your e-mail system? Please add support@weightlifting-shop.com to your address book.

Do you already have an account but forgot your password?
Then let us send you a new password link:

RESET PASSWORD

Confirm the reset by confirming the link in the e-mail. In the next step, you will be asked to enter a new password.

You cannot log in despite registration?

Please check the following:

  • Did you use the link in your confirmation email to register? Your customer account is not active until you have clicked on the link in the confirmation e-mail.
  • Have you possibly activated a spam filter in your e-mail system? Please add support@weightlifting-shop.com to your address book.

You are new and want to create an account?

Then enter the e-mail address that you want to use for your customer account. You will then receive your initial password and an activation link by email. Once you have confirmed the link, your customer account is ready.

You will find the logout button when you open MY ACCOUNT. Just scroll down and tap on “Logout”.

The following requirements must be met when selecting the password:

  • At least 8 characters
  • at least 1 special character
  • at least 1 number
  • At least 1 capital letter included

You have not received an e-mail from us?

Under the menu item Addresses in your customer account you can change your delivery and billing address.

Did you already order, but would like to receive it at another address?
If your order is not yet packed, you can cancel it and reorder. Contact our customer service via the contact options below and ask them to cancel your order. Reorder again by using the correct address.

As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from the respective shipping partner announcing the package. You also have the option of selecting a desired delivery location such as a parcel shop or storage location.

You have moved and your package could not be delivered?
In this case it will be returned to us and you will be refunded the order amount within 14 days.

Do you want to change your name?
Then go to account details in your customer account.

Do you want to change your email or password?
You change these in the customer account under account details.

Has your shipping address changed?
Under the menu item Addresses in your customer account you can change your delivery and billing address for future orders.

Did you lose your password?
Then let us send you a new password link:

Log in to track your order

LOGIN

Under orders you will find an overview of all your orders including order status. Furthermore, you have the possibility for already paid and shipped (status: “Finished”) orders to download your invoice again via “Download invoice” if you did not receive it via e-mail from us.

Click on “Show” to see details of the respective order, e.g.

  • ordered items
  • shipping address
  • payment method
  • order amount

or download the return slip again.

You’re not sure what your outstanding balance is?
Log in to see your outstanding amounts

If you have paid or returned a part of the order, the outstanding amount will be updated for each order in your customer account – for payments within 5 days, for returns within 14 days.

Has your address changed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address for completed orders.

However, as long as your order has not been packed, you can cancel it and order your desired items again after adjusting your address in your customer account.

If you can no longer cancel it and your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded.

You do not get a newsletter although you’ve already been registered?

Please check the following:

  • Did you use the link in your confirmation email to register? The newsletter subscription is only successful if you click on the link in the confirmation e-mail.
  • Have you possibly activated a spam filter in your e-mail system? Please add support@weightlifting-shop.com to your address book.

You do not want to receive the newsletter anymore?
Just click the unsubscribe link in the footer of one of our newsletter e-mails or contact us by using the contact form. The new settings will be updated within a week – it is possible that you will receive the newsletter again during this period despite your cancellation.

You marked the newsletter as SPAM?
In this case, it is possible that other e-mails from us (e.g. e-mails regarding your order) can no longer be delivered correctly.

To have your customer account deleted, please contact us via our contact form. Please enter the email address associated with your German Weightlifting Shop account as it is required for the deletion.

Please keep in mind that we can only realize a deletion when

  • No more open invoice amount exists – No repayment from us to you
  • None of your orders are still in delivery

If any of this still applies, we will not be able to delete your account immediately and ask you for some patience or clarification of open issues.

If you purchased items from us less than 14 days ago, your account will be deleted once the return period has expired.

Under the menu item Vouchers in your customer account you can order your purchased gift vouchers including voucher code, expiring date and remaining value.

You also have the possibility to “download” the voucher again as pdf if you did not receive an email from us.

If you bought a voucher as a guest, please contact our customer service if you have any questions about the voucher code, expiration date and remaining credit or if you want to have the pdf resent.

Still unsure if you want to order a particular item you like?
If you add the item to your wish list, you can mark it for your next purchase. However, please note that items on the wish list are not bindingly reserved.

How do I purchase an item from my wish list?
You can add an item directly from the wish list to the shopping cart. After your order, the items will be automatically removed from your wish list.

How do I delete an item from my wish list?
Click on the “X” in the far right column in the overview table or on the red heart in the left corner of the photo.
