Das verwendete Nylon hat eine hohe Filament-Anzahl. Dadurch hat das Garn eine
hohe Dichte und somit eine bessere Reißfestigkeit. Zudem wird der Nylon-Faser bei der Extrusion (Verfahrenstechnik) eine spezielle Textur verliehen, die dazu führt, dass sie sich beim Verzwirnen mit anderen Fasern „verhakt“. Infiknit™ kann mit verschiedenen Materialien kombiniert werden: Merinowolle, Polyester, Elastan, Baumwolle – Stance hat für jeden Anwendungszweck und Geschmack die optimale Mischung.

Das Infiknit™ Garn wird in Fußzonen eingesetzt, wo die meiste Reibung auftritt. Bei Sportsocken sind das der Zehen- und Vorderfußbereich, der Ballen und die Ferse bis hoch zur Achillessehne. Lifestylemodelle sind an den Zehen und an der Ferse verstärkt.

The nylon used has a high filament count. This gives the yarn a
high density and thus better tensile strength. In addition, the nylon fiber is given a special texture during extrusion (process technology), which causes it to “hook” with other fibers during twisting. Infiknit™ can be combined with various materials: Merino wool, polyester, elastane, cotton – Stance has the perfect blend for every application and taste.

Infiknit™ yarn is used in foot zones where the most friction occurs. In sports socks, this is the toe and forefoot area, the ball of the foot and the heel up to the Achilles tendon. Lifestyle models are reinforced at the toes and heel.
